Only 6 miles from the golden sands of lively New Quay these newly created cottages (their name translates as The Eagle’s Mound) were formed from stone farm buildings and still nestle in gentle farmland. A spacious indoor games barn and croquet and boules in the grounds offer relaxed enjoyment.

Nearby are other glorious beaches such as Tresaith Mwnt and Poppit on spectacular Cardigan Bay famous for its dolphin and seal watching trips. Sea fishing, white water canoeing at Llandysul, steam railway trips, golf and even a honey farm are all under 10 miles whilst paintballing and a wildlife reserve are in easy reach and the Folly Farm and Oakwood theme parks make good day trips.

Restaurants, shops, leisure centre and riding in Newcastle Emlyn 4 miles. Pub and shop/P.O. ½ mile.

Cottage Location – Head south west on the A475 from Lampeter. Continue until you reach the B4334 where you will turn off and head north towards Coed Y Bryn.
