In a lovely secluded valley with three fishing lakes yet within easy reach of good roads these two cottages enjoy shared use of an indoor heated pool and 40 acres of farmland in which to roam. The owners live adjacent and there are shared gardens, a play area and a games barn with darts pool table and table tennis.
Open plan sitting/dining room with patio doors to garden and countryside views leading to kitchen area with modern units. Double bedroom. Bathroom/W.C. (shower over bath). Easy stairs to room with low sloping ceilings and twin beds (for + 2 children).
Sandy beaches are 10 minutes’ drive and Snowdonia and Lake Bala are easily accessible, as is Chester. Llangollen canal with its famous Aqueduct is 22 miles, Llandudno’s shops and attractions are 32 miles and Conwy’s majestic castle 30 miles. Shops, pubs and restaurants are under 1 mile.
