Enjoying a glorious location beside Tintern Abbey (shown left of left photograph) on the banks of the River Wye this very comfortable cottage (shown right of left photograph) is set in beautiful secluded gardens (right photograph) with spectacular views of the valley and wooded hillsides. An idyllic tranquil setting yet the village store and several good restaurants and pubs are just a short walk away. The Royal Forest of Dean offers attractive local areas for walking and Offa’s Dyke and Wye Valley long distance walks pass close by. Private fishing is available (extra charge) on the River Wye by arrangement. Chepstow and Monmouth are within a short drive.
